About Sawitara
A palm oil plantation ecosystem connected from estate and mill to general ledger, with anomaly sentinels and an AI assistant that help keep watch over the numbers.
Why we built Sawitara
On estates and in mills, many decisions depend on figures recorded in the field: bunches, net weight, deductions, extraction rates, tank stock.
When those figures are copied in many places or calculated with different formulas, the debate shifts from “what should we do” to “which number is right”. Sawitara is built so figures are recorded once and reused all the way to the ledger.
Working principles
Honest about numbers
No invented data in the app. Sample data exists only in demo installations; estimates and simulations are labelled.
Honest about features
What does not exist yet is labelled Coming soon, including on this site.
Customer-owned data
A separate installation per customer, possibly on your own server, with backups you can download.
Configured by users
Business rules are changed on screen by company admins, not through change requests to code.
