Problems solved

What Finance fixes

01

Reports wait for month end

Warehouse, fleet, payroll and sales costs reach the ledger only after manual recaps.

02

Closed periods keep changing

Without period locks, last month changes after the report has gone to the board.

03

Budgets seen too late

Budget realisation is visible only after closing, when money has already been spent.

04

A separate corporate ERP

Groups already on SAP or Accurate retype operational journals.

Honest note: Journal export is a starting point for an upload template that must be matched to the target system and tested in the customer test system. Tax recaps are draft CSV files for the tax team.

Questions

Quick answers

Does it connect to SAP or Accurate?

Journals can be exported as CSV/Excel batches or pulled through a token-based read API. This is not an official or certified integration; column profiles are matched and tested in your test system.

Does it connect to e-Faktur or the tax office?

No. Output VAT and PPh 22 recaps are provided as draft CSV files for the tax team.

How is segregation of duties enforced?

The creator of a purchase request, order or fund request cannot approve it, and every change is logged in the audit trail with before and after values.
