Sawitara 1.0 release notes
Version 1.1.0 · release date to be announced. A short summary for customers and their IT teams, with honest status labels.
What is new
Six products, one data flow
Estate, Mill, Finance, Trace, Tandan by Sawitara and Ara on Sawitara Core. Menus and search in the app are now grouped by product.
Tandan across the FFB supply chain
Growers, suppliers, DO holders, cooperative boards, transporters and drivers use their own phones through PIN-protected links, also without signal.
EUDR readiness and land legality
STDB and land title register per plot, an EUDR readiness checklist and supporting files for smallholder financing.
Two languages
The whole interface in Indonesian and English, chosen per user. Official printed documents stay in Indonesian.
Ready for customer servers
A production deployment package, encrypted backups, a status page and a disaster recovery guide.
Tighter security
PIN required by default, wider per-unit isolation, masked personal data and a Content Security Policy, following the October 2026 internal audit.

Sawitara Core: Sawitara Command (3D operations map with real figures), API v1 with an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, a self-service demo instance, a two-language interface.
Behaviour changes
New migrations are additive and forward-only. Upgrade steps, new environment variables and notable migrations are in the full release notes delivered with the release.
PIN required by default
New Tandan links have a PIN; existing links are unchanged. Repeated wrong PINs lock the link for progressively longer, up to 24 hours.
Tandan limit per link
The open limit is counted per link, not per IP, so growers on the same mobile network or Wi-Fi do not block each other.
Wider unit isolation
Ramp, plasma, Tandan links, FFB suppliers, API tokens and Ara context follow the user’s active unit.
Content Security Policy
Enforced on Tandan and the public FFB price page; report-only on staff pages until the violation log is clean.
Role-based start page
Weighbridge operators, foremen, ramp cashiers, estate cashiers and the board land on their work screen; configured per role.
Safe updates
Updates per release tag with an automatic backup, additive migrations and a way back to the previous version if unhealthy.
Known limitations
- Load-tested at medium scale (3 mills, ± 5,000 suppliers/growers, 2 years of data); large groups need infrastructure changes first.
- The SAP/Accurate journal export is not an official vendor integration; no integration with the tax office, land agency, BPDP, Disbun or banks.
- Trace uses mass balance, not physical segregation.
- The weighbridge indicator agent has not been tested on a real indicator; without it, weights are entered manually with a reason.
- Toko Input and Tandan Mitra are still Preview and not used by real partners yet.

Sawitara 1.1 · Draft
Not yet released: the tag awaits the owner’s decision and the technical version number is set when it is created. These items build on the list above and are in the main branch.

EUDR screening and DDS GeoJSON
Preview Overlap of each plot with the 2020 forest cover, forest area and peat layers you upload; reviewer sign-off; DDS GeoJSON in the EUDR Information System format per DO with a validator. An indication, not a deforestation-free claim; not yet test-uploaded to the EU system.
Tandan Cooperative write mode and ICS package
Preview Role-based cooperative board members submit members, plots, harvests, upkeep, training, inspections and risks from the phone; mill staff accept them. The group ISPO/RSPO ICS package (PDF, XLSX, ZIP) is not a certificate and not an audit.
Quality bonus per grade and supply programmes
Available The bonus is computed from the ticket’s grading result and written on the slip and in Tandan, with a Disbun price guard. Supply target and bonus programmes are approved by staff and paid through the next slip. No redeemable points or lotteries.
QR dispatch notes and Checkpoint Post
Available A single-use QR on every dispatch note is scanned at estate, road and mill posts, also offline; warnings for a wrong post, unusual order and travel time; difference reports; a dispatch note on the road can be cancelled with a reason. It detects, it does not prevent.
Journal gaps closed
Available Payroll (income tax art. 21 and BPJS with their remittance), the ramp cashier, CPO/PK inventory and COGS, outbound tickets tied to the DO, Processed FFB Reconciliation in the daily mill report, and an e-Faktur CSV per invoice.
Workflow findings, performance and refinements
Available Valid PSR/KUR status transitions, seedling transfer, immature-plantation capitalisation, offline numbers per document month, RKAP/PTA rejection; paginated EUDR and farmer portal screens; ramp parent mill, English Sentinel findings, a Tandan Mitra tutorial video; more stable tests.
What to do when upgrading
- Enter the CPO and PK standard cost per mill in Business Parameters › Mill; empty means the inventory journal stays off.
- Enter the ramp safe opening balance through an opening balance or a memorial journal; the safe account only matches the daily cash book from the first cash entry after the upgrade.
- Outbound CPO/PK weighbridge tickets now require a shipping DO: create the DO before weighing out.
- Migrations are additive and forward-only; check the new PETUGAS_CHECKPOINT role, permissions and Account Mapping for the new accounts.
Limitations of 1.1
- EUDR screening is only as good as the uploaded layers and their licence; it is not a deforestation-free claim. The DDS GeoJSON has not been test-uploaded to the EUDR Information System and is not integrated.
- The ICS package is not a certificate or an audit; it is not connected to certification bodies.
- The quality bonus applies only when a ticket has a grading result; QR dispatch notes detect, they do not prevent.
- The inventory journal uses a standard cost, not actual cost; e-Faktur is still a CSV file.
- Apart from the screening engine, the 1.1 features have not been load-tested at large volume.
