Independent and private farm owners far outnumber companies. Buku Kebun answers the farm owner’s questions: how much did I make this month, what is the minimum FFB price to avoid a loss, and how do I take a tidy report to the bank. Tandan remains the route for seeing tickets and deductions from the mill.
Honest note: Today Tandan opens through a link from a mill that uses Sawitara, and ramps are recorded as units of the customer. Self sign-up for growers and agents is coming soon and one account across mills is still being built; Transporter mode is available, while Toko Input and Tandan Mitra are in preview.
How the portal works
From the mill office to the grower’s phone
Create and share a linkMill staff create a link per plasma grower or registered supplier, then share it over WhatsApp or print a QR card. The QR can also be printed on the weighbridge ticket.
The grower opens it on a phoneTickets, grading deductions per criterion, payments or ramp receipts, profit-sharing slips and the latest Disbun price, without an account.
Monitor and revokeStaff see when a link was last opened and can revoke it if a phone is lost; creation and revocation are logged in the audit trail.
PINA 6-digit PIN per link is handed to its owner in person and is not included in the QR or WhatsApp message. It is optional for growers and suppliers and always required for DO holders and cooperative boards. The PIN is not an OTP.
Install on the phone, open offlineTandan can be added to the home screen without the Play Store. The last view still opens offline with the time it was updated, and is cleared from the phone when the link is revoked, the PIN is reset or the owner signs out.
