  Grower and supplier portal

  Weighbridge tickets (gross, tare, net, itemised grading deductions, paid weight), payments or ramp receipts, plasma profit-sharing slips with deductions and transfer status, the latest Disbun reference price and mill contacts.

  WhatsApp link or QR card with PIN

  Opened on a phone without an account and revocable at any time. A 6-digit PIN is optional for grower and supplier links (it can be required for all new links) and always required for DO holder and cooperative links. The Tandan QR prints automatically on weighbridge tickets and ramp receipts for PIN-protected links (can be turned off).

  Agent mode: ramp cashier

  Weigh-in purchases with deductions, receipts, floor stock, trucks to the mill, shrinkage and margin reconciliation, daily cash and receipt cancellation with a reason. PPh 22 is calculated from the per-seller monthly accumulation (PMK 51/2025) and the reason is printed on the receipt. Today the ramp is recorded as a unit of the customer.

  Public FFB price per mill

  A page with the FFB buying price, effective date, grading rules, unloading hours and contacts published by the mill itself, with price history, a QR code and a ready-to-send WhatsApp message.

  Installable app and offline view

  Add Tandan to the home screen (Android Chrome, iPhone Safari instructions) and open the last view offline after the PIN, with the time it was updated. The PIN is never stored; data on the phone is cleared when the link is revoked, the PIN is reset or the owner signs out.

  STDB and farm legality on the phone

  My farm shows the grower's or supplier's plots: STDB number, land title (masked) and mill verification status, read-only, with guidance on obtaining an STDB when missing.

  DO and Cooperative modes

  DO holders see this month's tonnage against quota, tickets per day, a breakdown per supplier, payslips with the PPh 22 reason per DO, and DO expiry warnings. Cooperative boards see members' FFB and payments, the member list with plot STDB and legality (ID numbers masked), EUDR readiness and a monthly summary. Links always require a PIN, install on the phone and open offline.

  Transporter mode and driver phone view

  Transporters see trips per truck and driver, tickets (gross, tare, net, deductions), related DOs, haulage fees per period from per-kg, per-trip or per-km rates, payment status and a printable summary. Drivers see today's tickets with a ticket-number QR and the number of trucks inside the mill. The mill verifies and closes fee periods with an automatic journal. Links always require a PIN and open offline.

  Quality bonus and supply programme progress

  Payments show the quality bonus or penalty per grade from the grading result and programme bonuses paid on the slip. Home shows progress towards the mill's supply programme targets from official tickets (tonnage, quality, estimated bonus), also offline. The public FFB price page can include a quality bonus price column per grade.

  Digital haul slip from drivers or transporters

  Drivers or transporters create a slip in Tandan before arriving (estate, ramp or DO origin, truck, driver, estimated load) and show its QR. The weighbridge operator scans or types the code and the gross weighing form is filled in (plate, driver, transporter, DO, supplier). A slip is single-use, expires automatically (24 hours by default), works only for the registered mill and truck, and the ticket net weight shows back on the slip on the phone.

  Cooperative officers record for members

  Verified officers with narrow role permissions submit members, farms (point/polygon from the phone GPS or GeoJSON/KML), harvests, upkeep, training, internal inspections and risks. Everything stays submitted until mill staff accept it; official data stays with the mill, authors are recorded in the audit trail, and entries can be stored on the phone offline.

  Plasma growers or suppliers upload their own ID card, family card, land title copy and STDB from the phone (PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB; a PIN-protected link is required) for staff to verify, and a rejection reason shows back on the phone. Preview because it feeds the PSR/KUR files, which are also in preview.

  Toko Input (farm supplies)

  Fertiliser, pesticides, seedlings, tools and spare parts from sellers verified and moderated by the mill: catalogue by regency/district, cart, order status, cooperative bulk orders and the last catalogue offline. Payment goes directly to the seller (cash or transfer) or as an FFB proceeds deduction if the mill/cooperative approves; Sawitara only records it. Preview: no active sellers yet.

  PIN-protected seller portal for input suppliers: manage products, prices, stock and service areas, accept or reject orders, shipping status and history. By-product listings follow.

  Independent agents without a mill installation

  Agents who have not joined through a customer mill, and digital dispatch/DO notes from independent agents. Not yet available; today a ramp is recorded as a unit of the customer.

  One account across mills

  Growers selling to several mills see them all in one account (Sawitara ID, an account based on a phone number). Under construction; not yet available to customers.
